Phewee, well it’s all over save for picking some beer cans out of the woods, waking up the last remaining people still snoring in the backstage camping and packing away my tipi.

We’re open! Half an hour late but after sweating for six days to get the bloomin place ready in time it’s quite a relief. At this point I’m sure I should feel ecstatic but I actually feel a bit sick and tired. Could have been the sausage sandwich I ate for brekky. Being vegetarian it didn’t go down too well. Ho hum. It’ll pass after the third pint of sambucca…

Oof, hello NME-ers … just taken 5 minutes to have a sit down and meticulously check five different weather forecast sites for the weekend – all predicting completely different weather conditions from storm force winds and hail on one, through to skin blistering sunshine day and night for 3 solid days … I give up.
