The big taking point from Amy Winehouse’s Glastonbury performance was last night, was: Did she punch a fan during ‘Rehab’?

continued...

There was definitely a scuffle between the singer, who sang the hit from the photo pit at the front of the stage, and someone in the front row and now footage of the incident has appeared, so you can judge for yourself.

According to festival boss Michael Eavis, the fan had grabbed her "boobs", adding he "deserved" the lamping.

She's crackers. It's like watching someone crash and burn. The performance is hideous, and I'm sure there was talent in there at some point. Very sad.

I can't even tell if she hit anything. More disturbing is that abysmal performance. Does she even know the lyrics to her songs?

I love Amy, but I have to say that her performance here was just dreadful. She needs to take some time off to get her help for the drugs. It does look as if she hit someone, and in her defense, they probably did grab her. Her father has been quoted as saying that work is good for keeping her off the drugs. I beg to differ, here she sounds like she used before she went on. Has she no pride in herself? Meanwhile, she looked and sounded great during the Mandela concert. I wish her well. But she needs to take time off and get some help, because she sounds just terrible here.

Skanky waster.

The people who spend most time defending her are the ones making money out of her. She was clearly drunk and needed to be supported by her band-members at more than one point. Any ordinary musician would be fired from the band for that. But Amy had problems remembering their names! Rewarding her for behaviour does her not good at all. All I can see is a downward spiral to self destruction.

Another footage of Amy's unstable condition. The self-destructive diva strikes again literally. It would be tiring to repeat the same things about her rare talent, her style, the absolute combination of a young sex cat and a voice that reminds us 60year old black women.I think she became a priest of self-destruction.Who could really save her from hershelf? It's truly sad.But Amy is just Amy...

pamo [Visitor] //June 29 2008 at 17:05
nobodu touched her boobs shes just a junkie that needs to sort herself out before taking it out on people that are paying her wages
justpassinthru [Visitor] //June 29 2008 at 17:07
whatever talent the woman once had is now completely drained through her mixed up mindset. she should take a long hiatus and sort her self out and rebuild her singing skills and write and collaborate on new music. But this thing she's doing, just 'showing up' at these events is not doing her any good, nor us either. Sod off winehouse, nobody wants you. simple as that
Cheesy [Visitor] //June 29 2008 at 17:32
She obviously attempted to punch somebody (two / three times) whether there was contact, we'll never know. Actually I say that, but come tomorrow there will be someone on the front page of The Sun with a black eye claiming to be the victim. Anyone with this level of fame, or any level of mentality wouldnt go down to the crowd level and not expect some man-handling.

i watched the whole thing, she started the evening well even making jokes and interacting well with the audience, but as she got further into the performance things went very wrong. she is in fact a total mess, someones needs to help her, she also threatened to find out where one fan lived after they booed when she told everyone about the release of her husband in two weeks from prison. the second half was slurred and very quiet, she forgot to sign on a few occasions and had to get her band to start again as she timed the intro wrong. very sad but she is a timebomb that doesn't have a happy ending...

the mad crackhead whore needs lockin up.wot a waste of talent.up the low orders.watch this space!!!!
SmokeyJoe [Visitor] //June 29 2008 at 22:20
Its so horrible watching her perform now. She hasn't got a clue what state she's in. Drugged, boozed or whatever - I have female friends my age (17) who think she's amazing, and want to BE LIKE HER! THATS SCARY!
[Visitor] //June 29 2008 at 23:07
Her set was toe curlingly bad after an initially reasonable start, she wittered on about her hubby being released as if that is the best thing she has to look forward to. If that is the case God help her. Amy, you have great talent, but you are making a fool of yourself doing this stuff on stage. Get yourself on a beach somewhere in Fiji for 6 months and chill out.Marks out of 10 on Sat, one, for turning up. Friends who watched on TV at least had an option to flick channels. This was dire.

pwnme [Visitor] //June 30 2008 at 11:52
she digusts me. the sooner she dies of an overdose the better. the papers need to stop giving her attention, she should never have been this big 'cos her music is whack. duffy pwned winehouse.
Ana [Visitor] //June 30 2008 at 23:40
HAHAHA funny az Amy Winehouse has a choice voice, it's unique and awesome. What she does and what she is is up to her. We all have problems - everyone can tear her up and dis her - but we could do the same to our nobody selves too. Who cares. She sings - and we like it. Get over it - and I hope she finds her peace. But I don't really care all that much. Be your own critic.

P.S_ How many celebrities appear on stage drunk, or off their faces? More than you know. They're all wasters...............
