A while back we showed you footage of Iggy Pop immortalised in Lego for the forthcoming video game 'Lego Rock Band'.

Turns out Blur are in the game too. It's all a long way from Alex James blowing a million quid on champagne and cocaine...

The full tracklisting is here. Below you can watch the Lego-Blur blasting through 'Song 2'.

this game really doesn't need to be made

I agree with shaun - why has this game been made?
Mitchell [Visitor] //October 31 2009 at 00:19
@shaun Really though, do any games "need" to be made? It looks like a bit of fun, something the kids will enjoy and it stands out from the crowd a fair bit, more so then Band Hero.

aren't they taking it a bit too far now? I mean, there's already normal guitar hero what kid's are already gonna buy, there's no need for a lego version of it.

This is stupid. Furthermore, these games are already obsolete. The next generation consoles in five years time will be completely online-based. People won't need to shop for video-game sequels, they'll simply be able to download expansion packs onto their PS4.
