rubbish, twisted wheel are just another modern shitty 'lets sing with a fake accent' indie band. at least the arctic monkeys fuckin rock even if the vocals are a joke
Fin [Visitor] //September 16 2008 at 19:13
Here, here, Rob.
Saw them at T In The Park and was distinctly unimpressed. They'll probably be this year's The Enemy.

Fake accent? People can't help sounding like where they come from! Tool.
rob [Visitor] //September 17 2008 at 16:07
i come from the same town as twisted wheel, and have met them a few times, thats not the sound of where they come from believe me you erm.......weapon.
jon [Visitor] //September 17 2008 at 20:49
its ok i suppose, but dont you think its about time we had something new..... this is just the same throw away indie thats been about for years!
Dom and Sten [Visitor] //September 21 2008 at 17:37
Your all wrong, They definatley will not be 'this years The Enemy'. The number one spot on Oasis' top friends, now that is an achivement.
truthseeker [Visitor] //September 21 2008 at 22:13
meaningless slop.
Dan [Visitor] //September 22 2008 at 14:01

Same indie nonsense. not really, if you listen to the album, rather then just hearing a snippet rob, then falling back onto personal and specualitive information, youd notice it sounds like punk and mod revivalists of the late 70's such as early clash, the jam, the buzzcocks, the damned, the chords, but with a modern tinge. Paul Weller, Kasabian and Oasis were are fans, with Noel and Liam being known for their dislike of the modern indie scene. if you had any musical knowledge, instead of speaking through your arse with "Thats not an Oldham accent", which is kind of the basis for your disliking of them. This years "Enemy" Fin, ha, how your prediction failed, flopped, you silly idiot. Fin your prediction fell flat on its arse. Best album ive heard in ages. critical success has already been achieved.
