So did you survive The Big Four? With Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer and Diamond Head joining Metallica onstage last night for their encore - it was a rockers' dream. Now here are some things you should get up to today.
1. Get up early for Richard Cheese
Lounge music, that's what you need at 11:35am on a Saturday morning. Throw in the comedic covers of Mr Mark Jonathan Davis - better known by his stage name Richard Cheese - and you're on to a winner. Catch the funnyman on the Saturn Stage.
2. Watch Jackass' Steve-O make his UK stand-up debut
You're used to seeing him bungee jumping in portaloos or having staples pierced into his skin but now Steve-O is taking to the UK comedy circuit. He's bringing his show, that's been a hit in America, to Knebworth. Don't miss him at 4.20pm on the Bohemia Stage.
3. Play Bingo
Yep, that's right. Appearing in the Bohemia Bar will be Sonisphere’s esteemed friend Lord Sinclair. He'll be bringing his own brand of heavy metal bingo to the pub stage on Saturday from 3pm. You could even win tickets to next year's event.
4. See Gallows after Frank Carter announced his departure
Yesterday the leadman of the Watford punks revealed he's leaving the band. Don't miss one of your last chances to catch him live with the boys. On the Saturn Stage at 12.45.
5. Catch some late night DJ sets
All rawked out by the time the bands have finished? Of course you aren't and there will be DJ sets from some of the acts on the Bohemia Stage from 1am, so you can carry on partying.
