Boom! Six Zingers From Charlie Sheen's Guns N'Roses Speech

By Ailbhe Malone

Posted on 11 Jul 12

Charlie Sheen gave a typically unconventional speech when celebrating Slash's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday. Invited by friend Slash to speak at the ceremony, Sheen wasted no time in conveying his excitement. Opening with, "In a word? Epic", he went on to reminisce about his past with Slash, and to diss Slash's ex-Guns n Roses bandmate, Axl Rose.

Scroll down for Sheen's best lines from the ceremony, and to view of a video of the event.

How fucking bad do I want to be me right now?

"It's very fitting that Slash is getting a star on the street that Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on. Boom!"

"I looked up the word 'winning', it was defined by one word: Slash'."

"That star is going to be stepped on more than the coke we did in the '80s."

The first time I met him, I was so excited that I called him 'Smash'.

"I was going to talk about the time that Slash advised I go to rehab, I mean come on - from him?"
