I didn't, until I came across this live clip on YouTube just now. Apparently it was a feature of his 'Ziggy Stardust' world tour, then he revived it in 2000 on the 'Hours...' tour. In both cases the song was mashed up with 'Jean Genie'.
Since everyone's currently going mental for the whole '50 years since the release of 'Love Me Do' thing - The Beatles' first single was released on 5 October, 1962 - it's a good time to revisit Bowie's version, which he performed live many times but sadly never recorded.
Here it is in 1973.
And again in 2000.
Of course this was by no means the only time Bowie paid tribute to The Beatles. He covered 'Across The Universe' on his 1975 album 'Young Americans'. On the title track, he sang "I read the news today, oh boy" - a reference to 'A Day In The Life'. Plus of course 'Let's Dance' purloins the crescendo "ahh!"s from The Beatles’ version of The Isley Brothers’ 'Twist and Shout'.
