You’ve probably seen the news stories, the galleries, the blogs and all the other hoopla on NME.com urging you to buy tickets for this year’s Emerge NME Radar Tour. In case you ignored our initial pushes to check out these amazing new acts, here’s one more chance to hear what the fuss is about. We’re giving away a small EP, featuring one track per artist on the tour.

Here’s a brief run-down of what’s on offer:

1. Anna Calvi –’Surrender’
Anna Calvi’s voice growls over the opening lines of ‘Surrender’ and soothes it’s way into the stripped down chorus as she coos, ‘Be mine forever, be mine tonight’. Listen as she pours out her dark, bluesy, soul-filled confession of love.

2. Grouplove – ‘Colours’
‘Colours’ by Grouplove oozes LA sunshine – with a quick tempo, up beat guitar-heavy sound and American twang. Reminiscent of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah! and The Spinto band, the summery track with it’s sing-a-long-a-thon of a chorus will have you hooked on the band from the start.

3. Big Deal – ‘Locked Up’
Dreamy, lo-fi, hazy shoe gaze blasted through a fuzzy amplifier – Big Deal’s ‘Locked Up’ is a stunning love song. With a touch of Sonic Youth and The Pixies, this track promises big things from the impossibly trendy pair.

4. The History Of Apple Pie – ‘Tug’
Sweet, female-lead, shoe gaze pop – you can almost smell the cinnamon and sugar as the track drifts from your speakers. The History Of Apple Pie have made a stunning, summery tune.
