Exclusive Stream: OK Go, 'The Muppet Show Theme'

OK Go are one of those bands that are just fun. Whether you like them for their upbeat music, for their outrageously over-the-top music videos or just for their charming good looks (really, who looks this put together in a mug shot?), they're really just a bunch of kids-at-heart lads.

And that's why it's no surprise that they've teamed up with The Muppets and Disney to record a new version of 'The Muppets Show Theme' for a compilation of modern covers of Muppets classics.

Along with remakes from the likes of Weezer and Paramore's Hayley Williams, The Fray, The Airborne Toxic Event, Alkaline Trio and My Morning Jacket, OK Go's song will appear on the 12-track 'Muppets: The Green Album' (out August 22nd).

Check it out here.

Following the release of the album, Disney will also be bringing The Muppets back to the silver screen, with The Muppets (starring Jason Segel, Amy Adams and Chris Cooper) arriving in cinemas on February 17, 2012.

So, do you think OK Go do Kermit and Miss Piggy justice?
