Girls’ ‘Vomit’. I’m sure they do. But forget images of teen drinkers coating the streets of Bigg Market with the viscous remains of last night’s beans on toast, because the latest track from San Francisco’s Girls is actually a beautiful track, a slow building classic of morose guitar plucking that breaks into epic organs and Spiritualized-esque choruses. Way more anthemic than its title suggests.
