1. Janelle Monáe feat. Big Boi– ‘Tightrope (Organized Noize Remix)’
As if Janelle Monáe’s ‘Tightrope’ didn’t already make everyone want to get up and “do the tightrope” dance, Atlanta-based hip-hop trio Organized Noize produced this remix that really fits Monáe’s powerfully soulful vocals.

Converse are giving away this exclusive free download from Kid Cudi, Bethany Contentino (of Best Coast) and Rostam Batmanglij (of Vampire Weekend). An unlikely collaboration, but it works so well.

The eighth and final free track from the Adult Swim/Kia Single Program, Cults have shared their latest single, ‘Oh My God’. The music video looks like a balloon animal party gone wrong, but it’s still a catchy song.

Recently signed to Rough Trade Records, this 20-year-old from Shreveport, Louisiana is offering this beautiful, folksy Southern rock track from his forthcoming debut album ‘Paupers Field’ (due out August 23rd).

9. Black Milk – ‘Welcome (Gotta Go)’
