Patrick Wolf Live In The NME Office

Patrick Wolf dropped into the NME office recently to play a very special live set right here amongst our desks. In front of a specially invited audience of his most dedicated fans, Wolf played a couple of tracks from his recent retrospective album ‘Sundark & Riverlight’, which is out now on Bloody Chamber Music. He also threw in a very special cover of a classic Sixties protest song. Watch them all below:

Patrick Wolf has often cited Buffy Sainte-Marie as an influence, and during his session he covered her classic anti-war anthem ‘Universal Soldier’. The song was also famously covered by Donovan:
