There's a bunch of great new albums coming out soon, which means new releases and remixes, all for your listening pleasure. So go ahead, download a few. They're free and they're legal, and they're all yours.

1. School of Seven Bells – ‘Babelonia’
Not only have this Brooklyn-based trio announced new UK tour dates, including Latitude Festival and a July gig at London’s Scala, but they also have a second studio album, ‘Disconnect from Desire,’ due out in July. If you’re a SVIIB fan, then go download ‘Babelonia,’ a fresh new track off the album.

2. The Big Pink – ‘Tonight (oOoOO Remix)’
The Big Pink have blown up this year and are currently on their first headline tour in the UK. And unlike most remixes, this one is really different from the original – so much you may barely recognise it. And of course oOoOO is just a great name to have in your music library…

3. Hot Club de Paris – ‘Free The Pterodactyl 3’
Hot Club de Paris are back with another EP, called ‘The Rise And Inevitable Fall Of The High School Suicide Cluster Band’ (an equally unusual title to its predecessor, ‘With Days Like This As Cheap As Chewing Gum, Why Would Anyone Want To Work?’). And as for the title of this song? Apparently it tells of "baritone guitarist Paul Rafferty’s scrape with the law whilst attempting the liberation of a 3 metre fibreglass Pterodactyl from a derelict fun fair." Well whatever that means, it’s a great song.

4. Crystal Castles – ‘Celestica (Clockwork Mix)’
So the latest Crystal Castles album leaked online early, forcing its digital release out early. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for new additions, like this bangin’ Clockwork remix of ‘Celestica.’

5. Jamie Lidell – ‘Little Bit Of Feel Good (Mochipet Mix)
Good news – Jamie Lidell’s got a new collection of songs out soon. To prepare you, here’s a remix of ‘Little Bit Of Feel Good,’ a track off his 2008 album ‘JIM’. And in true Lidell fashion, it’s bound to make you dance, or at least bob your head a little.

6. Ratatat – ‘Party With Children’
It’s cheery and eerie and oh-so-fun. Save this MP3 off the duo’s fourth and forthcoming ‘LP3’ (which has already leaked online, but this one’s legit).

7. Black Devil Disco Club – ‘Sorrow Dub’
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Bombay Bicycle Club, Two Door Cinema Club, Culture Club…so Black Devil Disco Club might not be the most original band name amidst a sea of other “Clubs”, but this song certainly is. And considering the band’s Bernard Fevre is 64 years old, this is proof that dance music is for all ages.

8. Braids – ‘Lemonade’
The band formerly known as the Neighborhood Council are set to release their first full-length album, ‘Native Speaker’. Its opening number, which you can download below, is perfect for your ambient summer playlist.

9. Shabazz Palaces – ‘32 leaves dipped in blackness making clouds forming altered carbon’
Hip-hop might not be your cup of tea, but listen to this song, if not just for the title. Cousin of Gonjasufi and member of Digible Planets, Shabazz Palaces sure knows how to drop a rhyme.

10. Lazer Crystal – ‘Love Rhombus’
Here we have Lazer Crystal, a three-piecer from Chicago. Their new, first full-length album ‘MCMLXXX’ (which also can be read as 1980), is definitely reminiscent of the ‘80s – just watch the accompanying music video below if you don’t believe us.
