After a scrapping an entire album last year and spending the past few months repeatedly baring her soul to journalists in intense interviews, Claire Boucher has finally released her fourth LP as Grimes.

Out today on 4AD, 'Art Angels' is a sprawling 14 tracks long and starts with a freaky intro track called 'laughing and not being normal'. Then comes bubblegum pop on lead single 'Flesh Without Blood', serrated Led Zep-style riffing on 'Kill V. Maim' and disorientating, chopped up electronics on 'World Princess Part II'. And that's without mention of the crackpot noise of 'SCREAM', which features guest vocals from Taiwanese rapper Aristophanes. Check out the whole thing now by clicking the stream below.
