Ever wanted your own star? Like, a real, genuine, twinkling wish-upon-a star from the sky? Well The Golden Filter are giving them away. For real.

The NYC disco duo bought 20 of them, and are assigning them to random people who pre-order their album, so you know what to do if you want your own star. Meanwhile, here's their latest track in all its tribal drums and random SMD synth burbling glory, backed by an exclusive harp-ridden remix from Clock Opera.

Scottish DJ Burns, meanwhile, is making friends in all the right places and has the usual roll call of fans (Annie Mac, Aeroplane yada yada) on his press release. He's also been asked to remix tracks for everyone from Black Eyed Peas to Wolfmother and Ladyhawke. And Frankmusik, but you can't have it all.

Burns

This is off his new 'So Many Nights' EP.
