The cast of The Inbetweeners grace the cover of the new issue.

This should come as no surprise to regular readers, since the hit comedy won Best TV Show at the NME Awards earlier this year, and I wrote a piece recently about why it's the funniest show on TV.
A perfect opportunity, then, to look back on some of the funniest Inbetweeners scenes to date.
5. Punching a fish to death
Four clueless blokes adrift on the open sea (well, a few yards from shore anyway). What could possibly go wrong?
4. Puking on Carly's brother
Simon's drunken attempt to woo Carly ends in gross-out calamity. The bit moments before, when Simon asks her to "pleasure herself" in front of him? Writer Iain Morris actually did this once.
3. Squirrel-based sorrow
When Jay deliberately runs over a squirrel, initially he's triumphant ("Now who's the fucking mug!"), but pride soon gives way to melancholy when he realises what he's done: "His eyes look sad".
Simon's male-modelling debut ends in shame when he unwittingly exposes himself. "That testicle," James Buckley (Jay) tells us, "has overshadowed everything."
1. "Bus wankers!"
OK, it hardly counts as a comic catchphrase, but Jay's pointless insult has nonetheless entered popular usage. You can even buy a Bus Wankers T-shirt. Perfect for family get-togethers.
