Local news station WLTX 19 in Columbia, South Carolina were onto something of a winner on Monday when someone thought of getting Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame to present the weather forecast. Because if there was one thing that the profile of Columbia, SC needed, it was worldwide exposure in the form of the Brick Squad signee and erstwhile presidential candidate updating its residents on the probability of precipitation over the town of Santee.

"Doing my first forecast," Waka begins, hands in the pockets of his black 'Local Trap Star' hoodie. "Rain, rain go away – that's what all the haters say." Unexpectedly dropping fresh bars on the unsuspecting public, he then predicted "a Grove Street party" in the sunnier areas of the county – although reports have yet to been confirmed of such a soiree breaking out.

Good guy Flocka had actually dropped into the studio to promote a Music Farm flood benefit show that he was taking part in in Columbia on Monday night, but along the way he unexpectedly became a viral meteorological sensation. Watch out, Tomasz Schafernaker.
