Take A Moment To Check Out Anthony Kiedis’ Codpiece In The New Red Hot Chili Peppers Teaser

Mere days after their headline sets at Reading & Leeds Festivals over the Bank Holiday Weekend, Red Hot Chili Peppers are setting tongues wagging once more with the teaser for their new video, ‘Go Robot’. The song first appeared on the band’s eleventh album, ‘The Getaway’, back in June. In the tiny little teaser for the new vid, frontman Anthony Kiedis is strolling down the street covered in white paint and wearing a bulging codpiece that looks like it’s made out of papier mache. He’s also got a great hat on, but that’s not exactly what draws the eye…

It’s no real surprise that Anthony Kiedis has his top off – that’s how he spent all of previous video ‘Dark Necessities’. But the other thing you’ll notice is that he has unusually large hands, which seem to be made out of the same material as the stuff covering his bloated crotch region. Coincidence? We couldn’t really say, tbh. But it should all become clear soon on the release of the video. We’ll just have to wait until we can get more answers…
