Over the weekend I asked @NME's Twitter followers to tell me about their most transcendent live music experiences. The deluge of responses covered four decades and thousands of life-changing gig moments, from getting a swig from Alice Glass' whisky bottle to catching David Bowie's guitar pick. I've included a few highlights below.
For what it's worth, here's one of mine: Radiohead, Brixton Academy, 'The Bends' tour. One of the first gigs I'd ever been to, and they opened with 'Street Spirit' (check out that incredible that setlist in full). It was pretty much the most exciting thing that had happened in my life up until that point.
