I've already written a little about why I think rising Scottish outfit Neon Waltz are so special on our Month In Music blog, so it makes sense to me to include them in this week's buzz playlist too. Alongside their excellent 'Sombre Fayre', we’ve got tracks from Cherry Glazerr (the Burger Records-affiliated act who impressed recently at SXSW), Plague Vendor (new on Epitaph) and Milwaukee's Canopies (Tame Impala meets Joe Meek, anyone?).

There's also Jupiter-C, who've been chosen by East India Youth on account of them reminding him of Black Box Recorder. As always, you can exactly what EIY has to say about them - as well as more about every act listed below - in this week's issue of NME.
