“We always thought it was kind of a funny idea that a cartoon person might have to turn up to a big glamorous cover shoot for a magazine like ‘Mad’. And that ended up fusing with a pretty vague video idea we’ve had floating around for a while about what Bob Dylan does in his green room.”

So say Happyness of the video to their new track ‘SB’s Truck’, released to coincide with their tour supporting The Dandy Warhols. Always ones with a taste of the surreal about their work, the track itself is a low-slung piece of Elliott Smith-influenced melancholy, which “has something to do with [the late, famed, 80s wrestler and actor] André The Giant as a teenager having to be taken to school in Samuel Beckett's truck because he couldn't fit in his dad's car”.
