The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather leader Jack White has donated $170,000 (£102,000) to help restore a Detroit baseball park he used to play in. The guitarist recently made the donation to aid the restoration of Clark Park in south west Detroit, reports The Detroit News. The guitarist's former coach, Morris 'Mo' Blackwell Jr., told the newspaper that he had shown promise as a baseball player. Photo: PA Photos
