Gwyneth Paltrow to return to 'Glee'
Actress' singing career is continuing to blossom
Gwyneth Paltrow is to return to Glee for the third time. The actress has been developing a successful sideline as a singer since appearing in the hit show as supply teacher Holly Holliday. She went on to perform at the Oscars and the Grammy Awards this year.
Now, show creator Ryan Murphy has revealed that Paltrow will return to the show again.
According to Deadline.com he said: "Gwyneth is the sort of muse of the show. She's somebody who I write on the weekends and say, 'What do you think about this for an episode even if you’re not in it?' She has opinions. She's great."
Paltrow recently ran into controversy with the show when her character performed the Gary Glitter track 'Do You Wanna Touch Me?' in a sex education class. The song was made famous in the US by Joan Jett.
Paltrow is reportedly on the verge of signing a record deal with Atlantic.
