Jamie Bell in talks to star in 'Man On A Ledge'

Billy Elliot actor Jamie Bell and Anthony Mackie, who recently portrayed Tupac Shakur in Notorious, are in talks to star alongside Sam Worthington in police drama Man On A Ledge. Ghosts Of Cité Soleil's director Asger Leth will oversee the film, which follows a former NYPD officer (Worthington) who threatens to commit suicide, reports Variety.com.

The production is based on a script by TV movie writer Pablo Fenjves, and Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is backing the project.

Bell and Mackie are believed to have been offered roles as NYPD recruits in the film.
