Leonardo DiCaprio, Amy Schumer and Adam Driver are among those nominated for the MTV Movie Awards 2016.

The ceremony will take place on April 10 and will be hosted by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Kevin Hart. This year's event will be the 25th time the awards have taken place.

Avengers, Jurassic World and Straight Outta Compton are amongst those nominated for Movie Of The Year, while Leonardo DiCaprio is up for Best Male Performance for his Oscar-winning role in The Revenant.

DiCaprio is also nominated for Best Fight for his tussle with a bear in the same film. Amy Schumer is nominated for three awards and Girls actor Adam Driver is listed in the Best Villain category for his role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
