Nicholas Hoult signs on for zombie thriller
Former Skins actor to star in 'Warm Bodies'
Nicholas Hoult has landed the coveted lead role in new zombie movie Warm Bodies.
The former Skins actor has been making waves in Hollywood, appearing alongside Colin Firth in A Single Man, and is soon to appear in X Men: First Class.
Now, Hoult was won the lead in director Jonathan Levine's adaptation of the novel by Isaac Marion.
According to Deadline Hollywood the role was among the most coveted for young actors.
Hoult will play "an existentially tormented zombie who begins an unlikely friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims, which starts a chain reaction that transforms him and perhaps will do the same for his fellow zombies and maybe the whole lifeless world."
Shooting will begin in late summer after Hoult finishes shooting on Bryan Singer's Jack The Giant Killer.
