On location James Bond video shows 'Skyfall''s 007 in Shanghai
Spy visits China in behind the scenes video
The latest behind the scenes video of the new James Bond film, Skyfall, shows the secret agent travelling to Shanghai. You can watch the clip below. In the video, courtesy of Yahoo, MGM and Sony, Daniel Craig can be seen enjoying a beverage in an opulent building overlooking the Shanghai streets before taking to the roads and 'tailing' some bad guys under the neon blue Chinese tunnels.
The chances of the chase staying idle as Bond smoothly follows from a distance aren't supremely high, so expect 'tailing' to turn into screeching tires and gunfire after the star and director Sam Mendes recently promised that Skyfall wouldn't be an "angst ridden chamber piece".
The decision by Sony and MGM to shoot in China has inspired a number of big budget blockbusters to follow suit, most notably Iron Man 3, which will begin filming in the country before the year's end.
Recently director Sam Mendes confessed to not being sold on Daniel Craig when he was first cast. He admitted that before Casino Royale was released he had said of Craig's casting, “I'm not sure (about it), I would advise him not to do it”.
Returning for the forthcoming 'Bond 23' alongside Craig, will be Judi Dench as M. New additions to the cast include Naomie Harris, Albert Finney, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes and Ben Winshaw as Q.
Skyfall is due for release in the UK on October 26.
