Original 'Star Wars' cast members spotted in the UK ahead of 'Episode VII' filming
Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hammill's all spotted in London
Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hammill have all been spotted in London, sparking rumours they may be filming Star Wars Episode VII with director, JJ Abrams.
The seventh instalment of the much loved franchise will begin shooting at London's Pinewood studios next month (May) ahead of a December 2015 release. Ford, who played Han Solo in the original trilogy, was spotted coming out of a London restaurant this weekend while The Phantom Menace voice actor Peter Serafinowicz tweeted a picture of himself with Hamill (see below).
Furthermore, Princess Leia actress, Carrie Fisher teased her arrival in the UK when she tweeted: "So my dog Gary has been spotted in London, but apparently without me. Who has he been seeing? Let me know if you have any clues."
All three are rumoured to be involved in the forthcoming movie, as is Inside Llewyn Davis actor Oscar Isaac who Deadline reports is the latest actor linked to a role in the film. Other actors believed to be in consideration include John Boyega and Girls star Adam Driver.
Meanwhile, the character of Chewbacca has now been confirmed to be making an appearance in the new Star Wars film. Suspicion of the character's involvement in the new movie came when Peter Mayhew, the actor who played Chewbacca in the first Star Wars trilogy and Revenge Of The Sith, cancelled a convention appearance because of filming this May.
