After contacting the FBI about the incident and getting her lawyers to order websites to take down the two revealing images - which showed her bare breasts and bottom - the actress has spoken about the “unjust” invasion of privacy to US news channel CNN.

The Lost In Translation star said:

Who doesn't want to protect their own privacy? Just because you're an actor or make films or whatever doesn't mean you're not entitled to your own personal privacy.

She added that the invasion of her privacy “feels unjust. It feels wrong”. The comments were made during an interview in Nairobi in Kenya where the actress, singer and former NME cover star is currently working as an ambassador for the charity Oxfam.

Rapper Kreayshawn was recently subjected to a personal photo hacking, while fellow musicians Christina Aguilera and Miley Cyrus as well as Hollywood stars Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez have also had private photos leaked in the past.
