Season three of 'Girls' gets new trailer - watch
The first episodes of the new series of the show will air in the UK on January 20, 2014
A new trailer has been released for the forthcoming third season of Girls.
Scroll down to watch the second official trailer for the HBO show, which will be broadcast in the UK on Sky Atlantic on January 20, 2014 at 10pm with a double bill of episodes, a week after it begins in the US. The new series of Lena Dunham's award-winning comedy will feature 12 half-hour episodes - two more than in previous seasons. Dunham confirmed on September 6 of this year that production had wrapped on the new batch of episodes.
In the second trailer for the new season of the show, we see Dunham's character Hanna Horvath finally making headway with her writing career and also see a snippet of a pop music video featuring Allison Williams' character Marnie.
Created, directed and written by Dunham, the show has been a major hit since it debuted last year (2012) and took home two prizes at this January's Golden Globe Awards: 'Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical' and 'Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series' - Comedy or Musical' for Dunham.
