Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson may reunite for 'El Presidente'
Actors haven't worked together since 1992's 'A Few Good Men'
Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson could be set to reunite on screen after nearly 20 years for new film El Presidente. The pair last worked together in 1992's A Few Good Men.
No deals have been agreed yet, but Thewrap.com reports that the pair have been approached for the action drama.
Daily Show and Late Night With Conan O’Brien writer Dan Goor has written the script that apparently concerns “an overly-committed Secret Service agent who is assigned to guard the country’s worst former president, a bumbling sleaze. It’s a mundane and boring job - until there’s a threat made on the ex-president’s life, forcing the duo to go on the run together.”
Jack Nicholson is expected to take the president's role.
