The star reveals he would be willing to take to the skies once more
Tom Cruise has revealed that he would be up for starring in a sequel to Top Gun.
The 1986 action film remains one of the star’s most iconic movies, and he has now said that he would be open to making a follow-up. He even revealed that he, director Tony Scott and producer Jerry Bruckheimer had been talking about collaborating again.
Cruise told Access Hollywood: "You know, Tony and I and Jerry, we never thought about it. We never thought we could. But I love working with those guys and we’ve just been exploring stories."
And in a move that will thrill fans of Maverick and Goose, he added: "Got to get back in those airplanes on Top Gun. That could be fun. If we could figure that out, that'll be fun.
