The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal. He plays solider Colfer Stevens, whose life in turned upside-down when he wakes up in the body of a stranger and finds himself part of a secret government mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train.
He discovers he is part of an experiment called the 'Source Code' which enables him to cross over into another person's body in the last eight minutes of their life.
Gyllenhaal plays opposite Michelle Monaghan.
The sci-fi thriller will be Jones' first movie release since his widely-acclaimed debut, 2009's Moon.
