BROKEN RECORDS
This Scottish seven-piece stand out by their broad range of instruments which includes an accordion, violin, cello, mandolin and trumpet. The resulting sound with its Tom Waits and Nick Cave influences is decidedly Scottish and folk-like. Their debut EP released in 07 made quite an impact and was described by Drowned in Sound as "magical and engrossing". Past tour support slots have included The Futureheads, Editors and Sons & Daughters.
