!!! pay tribute to late drummer Jerry Fuchs

!!! have paid tribute to their late drummer Jerry Fuchs, who passed away after an elevator accident in Williamsburg in the early hours of Sunday (November 8).

The band wrote a message on their MySpace page, thanking fans for getting in touch with them to offer their condolences.

"Thanks to everyone who has contacted us with their love and support," they wrote. "We could never put into words how special a person Jerry was and how much we loved him. We ask that you tell all the people you care about and are thankful for that you love them. We wish we still had Jerry."

Fuchs was 34 when he passed away. As well as playing in !!! he played in Turing Machine, Maserati and The Juan MacLean.

LCD Soundsystem, Holy Ghost and other DFA records acts paid tribute to the drummer recently.
