Joy Division albums to be reissued and expanded

The albums will be out to coincide with release of movie

Joy Division’s back catalogue is to be reissued with extra material to coincide with the release of ‘Control’, the biopic about their singer Ian Curtis.

Both the band’s studio albums, ‘Unknown Pleasures’ and ‘Closer’, and the live album ‘Still’ will be out on September 10 featuring additional CDs of live material.

The film, directed by the band's old friend and collaborator Anton Corbijn, is due for release on October 5.
