The Daewele brothers will headline Matter on December 31
2 many djs will play a headline New Year's Eve (December 31) show at the London Matter venue.
The Daewele brothers will be aided in seeing in 2009 with help from The Whip, Riton and a DJ set from Riotous Rocker.
