Pete Doherty has been crowned Hero Of The Year at the Shockwaves NME Awards tonight (February 28).

The other nominees in the Hero Of The Year award category were: Matt Bellamy, Noel Fielding, Ryan Jarman and Thom Yorke.

How the fuck did Pete fucking Doherty get hero of the year award, he should be the fucking villan, he only gets in the paper cos he does fuckin drugs, hmm maybe if Matt Bellamy became a druggie hed get an award to praise it too

the media are such tossers, insted of giving it to junkies like pete give it to someone whos worked fucking hard all year doing the best live shows and just being so brilliant at what he does, dont give it to a low life, junked up tosser like doherty.
