50 Cent is set to produce the new album from LL Cool J.
The eventual album will be, according to Cool J, his last for Jay -Z’s label Def Jam.
Of the collaboration, the rapper said: “We did six records in three or four days.”
On leaving Def Jam he told Billboard: “For me, I needed to go and work with somebody who really had my best interests at heart.”
As previously reported by NME.COM, LL Cool J is set to play a one off UK show at London’s Brixton Academy on October 12.
