On his last album for Def Jam

50 Cent is set to produce the new album from LL Cool J.

The eventual album will be, according to Cool J, his last for ’s label Def Jam.

Of the collaboration, the rapper said: “We did six records in three or four days.”

On leaving Def Jam he told Billboard: “For me, I needed to go and work with somebody who really had my best interests at heart.”

As previously reported by NME.COM, LL Cool J is set to play a one off UK show at London’s Brixton Academy on October 12.
