Ex claims rapper is trying to evict her along with their son

50 Cent is being sued by his former girlfriend over claims he is trying to evict her and their son.

Shaniqua Tompkins claims that the rapper is attempting to force her and the pair's 10 year-old son Marquise out of a £1.2million property she has a lawful right to live in.

Tompkins says that 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, promised her she and their son could live in the house and is now wrongfully attempting to claim it back, reports BBC News.

Tompkins' lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, said: "This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing. Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son."

50 Cent's lawyer, Bret Kimmel, was unavailable for comment.

He should be made to pay compensation to anyone who's been subjected to his awful, dreary mumbling attempts at music.
