50 Cent sued for alleged copyright infringement over 'I Get Money'

50 Cent is being sued for alleged copyright infringement over his song 'I Get Money'.

Tyrone Simmons, who raps under the name Caliber, is claiming that he owns the rights to the music behind the 2007 song, reports Billboard.

In papers filed in federal court in Brooklyn, Simmons claimed that he had bought the rights to the instrumental music of the song, which was produced by Apex.

50 Cent is yet to comment on the lawsuit.
