50 Cent appeared on the Graham Norton Show last night to promote his new single, '9 Shots'.

Discussing the inspiration for the track – being shot nine times in 2000 – the rapper was asked by Kate Winslet, another guest on the show, where exactly the shots had gone.

Most were in his legs, he said, but "There’s a fragment of it in my tongue, so it kind of changed the way I speak."

He went on, "It’s great for oral sex. I’m a better man now.” Julie Walters then said, "Let’s have a feel, Fifty."

The rapper, aka Curtis Jackson, launched the video and short film for '9 Shots' back in August. The video tells the story of his shooting and co-stars Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks, continuing the gradual move back together G-Unit have made since Yayo quit in 2014. The infamous shooting led to Jackson spending 13 days in hospital, recovering from wounds in his chest, both legs, arm, hand and left cheek.

The track is taken from the upcoming album 'Street King Immortal', which has gone through several planned incarnations since its original intended release date back in 2011. The 18-track album still has no confirmed launch date, but is expected to feature Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem and Chris Brown. Dr Dre is involved in the album's production.
