Halloween special: What is The Reverend scared of?
Reverend And The Makers
Star reveals what gives him the heebie jeebies…
The Reverend has explained that he is scared of “dogs” – although he has never been bitten by one.
The star told NME.COM that his fear came about after meeting a big dog when he was younger.
“I’m shit scared of big dogs, me," he explained. "I’ve never been bitten by one, but when I was a younger, me and my dad saw this doberman in the middle of the street in Sheffield."
He added: “It was fucking massive - snarling, with foam coming out of its mouth. I was absolutely terrified. My dad told me, through gritted teeth, to walk back. We literally walked backwards until we were off the road. Every time I see a dog I think of that and feel a bit frightened.”
