A$AP Rocky accused of 'slapping' fan during Australian gig – watch

Rapper appears to strike female fan during recent live show

A$AP Rocky has been caught on camera appearing to slap a female fan during a gig in Australia.

The rapper was performing live at Hordern Pavilion on June 28 when the incident took place. Having ventured out into the audience to meet fans and shake hands, Rocky is seen approaching a female fan who gestures that she wants him to kiss her on the lips. However, instead of going along with her request he appears to slap her in the face before walking off. See above for footage of the incident. The rapper is yet to comment on the matter.

This latest moment of crowd trouble follows an incident earlier this year which saw Rocky cut short a gig after a crowd member allegedly stole his hat.

The rapper was performing in Dortmund, Germany in June when the alleged theft occurred and his increasingly frustrated reaction was captured on video camera by a fan. "Who took my shit?" Rocky can be heard asking the crowd. "I came to party with y'all, give me my hat so I can. That's a one-of-a-kind hat."

A$AP Rocky has recently completed a five-date UK and Ireland tour and returns to the UK later this month for a set at London's Wireless Festival on July 14. He's also confirmed to appear at this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals on August 23 and 24.
