AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson has signed a deal to write his memoirs.
The singer has been recruited by Penguin Books to pen a collection of his "thoughts and anecdotes", which he has been compiling over the years.
However, according to a recent interview Johnson gave to the Herald Tribune, fans should not expect a tale of pure rock 'n' roll excess.
"I like humour a lot, and cars have been a big part of my life," explained the singer. "I'm lucky enough that I'm able to buy some of the exotic ones. Instead of doing drugs, I did motorcars. I'm not sure which one is more expensive."
