Rock legends Aerosmith played a surprised show at the Hard Rock Café in London last night (February 19) to celebrate the announcement of their forthcoming European tour.
Ripping through hits from their debut album right up to the present day, a few hundred watched the bare-chested rockers stripped down to the basics.
“When I heard them playing this song, I knew I had to join the band,” frontman Steven Tyler announced before launching into a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rattlesnake Shake’. “If they weren’t going to let me in I was breaking in,” he continued.
The set was:
‘‘Walkin’ The Dog’
‘Love In An Elevator’
‘Living On The Edge’
‘What It Takes’
‘Draw The Line’
‘Rattlesnake Shake’
‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’
‘Baby Please Don’t Go’
‘Cryin’’
‘Walk This Way’
‘Train Kept A Rollin’’
The tour visits London for the Hyde Park Calling festival on June 24. Tickets go on sale on Friday (February 23) at 9am.
