Aerosmith officially postpone Canadian tour
Frontman Steven Tyler is recovering from stage fall
Aerosmith have officially announced the postponement of their tour of Western Canada so that frontman Steven Tyler can recover from injuries he sustained after falling off the stage at a concert in South Dakota last week.
Newly rescheduled dates for the cancelled concerts in Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver have not yet been announced.
Guitarist Joe Perry told Illinois radio station WXRX he believes it could be anywhere from four weeks to two months until the veteran rockers are able to hit the road again.
Tyler broke his left shoulder in the fall and had to receive several stitches in his head.
