Akon to work with Fall Out Boy?

The singer want to work with Gwen Stefani again

Akon has told NME.COM he wants to work with Fall Out Boy.

The singer admitted that he wanted to collaborated with Pete Wentz's emo band.

Speaking exclusively to NME.COM he said: “I’d love to work with Fall Out Boy, Blink 182 and Good Charlotte would (also) be cool.”

He added: “I’d love to work with Beyonce but I’ve never met her.”

The singer, who collaborated with Gwen Stefani on the title track of her album ’The Sweet Escape’, said that he’d welcome the opportunity to work with the singer again, calling her a “beautiful person”.

The rapper also commented on the controversy that surrounded him when he was kicked off Stefani’s tour for a video clip that surfaced of him simulating dancing with a 14 year-old at a club in Trinadad. The video was widely circulated around YouTube.

When asked about YouTube, Akon said: “YouTube is a stream of marketing and promoting. It can have a huge benefit or be damaging. I love the concept, it’s benefited me immensely.”

Akon was in London to surprise young golfer Kiran Matharu as part of an MTV show.
