THE GREEN PARTY!

JAMES LAVELLE, ALPINESTARS, ANDY VOTEL, ZERO 7 and HOWIE B are all confirmed to appear at a club night aimed at raising awareness for the 'STOP ESSO' campaign.

The event takes place at Fabric nightclub in London on September 6. Split into three rooms, the main room will see DJ appearances from Mercury nominees Zero 7, as well as Howie B, James Lavelle and a live set from Skitz.

Other rooms will feature sets from Alpinestars, Andy Votel, Chris Cunningham and legendary producer Arthur Baker.

All the DJs are lending their time for free, and campaign organisers are hoping if the event is successful, more clubs across the country will hold similar nights.

The 'Stop Esso' campaign in the UK is a Greenpeace and Friends Of The Earth funded initiative aimed at the oil giant. For more information on the campaign, visit www.stopesso.com.
