AMEN PULL ANOTHER SHOW

AMEN[/url] have cancelled their show in BRISTOL tonight due to illness, but support act, IKARA COLT, will still play.

After pulling out of a gig in Birmingham last night, the LA punkers have been forced to cancel a second show at Bristol Fleece and Firkin tonight due to singer Casey Chaos' ongoing illness.

But, speaking exclusively to NME, Paul Resend of support band Ikara Colt, said they were determined to continue with the Bristol show with or without the headline act.

"I have never pulled a gig ever and I never intend to. We heard from the label that fans have been ringing up trying to find out what's going on, and I can resolutely say that we will never let them down. We're on tonight at The Fleece And Firkin in Bristol and we're really excited about playing tracks from the new album as well as all the fans favourites," he said.

Amen's Virgin signing session in Bristol this afternoon has also been cancelled, but the band hope to resume the tour tomorrow night at Stoke Sugarmill.
